Pearl Jam played a surprise show at Easy Street Records in West Seattle on a Friday night, in support of the Coalition of Independent Music Stores(CIMS) and in celebration of CIMS 10-year anniversary. The result of that once-in-a-lifetime performance has been recorded as an EP entitled Live From Easy Street.
