This Hawaiian Koa wood bowl was hand turned by KoaWood Ranch founder Craig Villarrubia. He was part of the entire process, from painstaking cutting the tree to preparing the branch and blank, before placing it on the lathe for shaping. The piece is finished with Danish oil and wax. Craig's work reflects a contemporary take on the traditional Hawaiian Koa calabash bowls.
